Sweat Miracle Review – Stop Perspiration in 48 Hours?

Sweat Miracle Review

Site: www.sweatmiracle.com

Price: $37

sweat miracle reviewDo you find yourself perspiring all the time, even when you’re not in a warm environment or you’re not exercising?  Are your hands often sweaty for no apparent reason?

This is caused by a problem called “hyperhydrosis,” and it’s surprisingly common.  What it means, in a nutshell, is that you’re sweating more than you should be.

A lot of people worry about this condition more than they should, as it’s not life-threatening, but it can be a nuisance, especially when you have to interact with people and you find that you have excessively wet clothing or excessive body odor.

Miles Dawson, author of Sweat Miracle, says that his five step system can help you rid yourself of this problem within just 48 hours.

That sounded interesting, so I thought that I’d take a closer look and see what the book is all about.  Is Sweat Miracle a scam, or can it help you?

Sweat Miracle Summary

Sweat Miracle Overview

Sweat Miracle is a book sold in PDF format.  You can read a PDF book on any computer device, including smartphones.  You can also print it out if you’d rather read the old-fashioned way.

The best thing about PDF books is that you can download them immediately after purchase, regardless of the time of day.

When you purchase, you’ll receive the following items:

  • Sweat Miracle main book (192 pages)
  • Complete Handbook of Nature’s Cures bonus book
  • How and When to Be Your Own Doctor bonus book
  • The Healing Power of Water bonus book
  • The Ultimate Guide to Relaxation bonus book
  • The Beginner’s Guide to Yoga and Meditation bonus book
  • Secrets to Sleeping Soundly bonus book
  • Lifetime updates to the main product

Ordinarily, I’d offer a brief overlook at the bonuses, but in this case, the bonuses are private label rights (PLR) books that the seller bought the rights to include with the main product.

sweat miracle bonus booksThese bonus books aren’t relevant to the topic of hyperhydrosis; they’re just books that are added to the main product as a bonus to give you the impression that you’re getting more for your money.  I’ve probably reviewed a dozen or more products that included “The Healing Power of Water” as a bonus.  That one’s been around a long time; it has a 2005 copyright date on it.

While the last bonus is “lifetime updates,” it appears that the main Sweat Miracle book hasn’t been updated since 2015.  That doesn’t meant the book isn’t helpful, but I wouldn’t purchase it with the idea that you’re going to be seeing regular updates to the book.

Main Product

The main book is a hefty 192 page PDF book that’s divided into the four chapters (though the introduction to the book says there are five):

  • Chapter One – All About Hyperhidrosis
  • Chapter Two – Diagnosing and Evaluating Hyperhidrosis
  • Chapter Three – Conventional Treatments
  • Chapter Four – The 5-Step Sweat Miracle System for Reversing Excessive Sweating

The author gives a good overview of the hyperhydrosis problem, and the first chapter describes the symptoms and causes of this common problem.

He also goes into great length to describe the available treatments for the problem, ranging from over-the-counter solutions to surgery, which is a relatively rare method of treating the problem.

In addition, he discusses the pros and the cons of each method, to give you a good idea as to what’s out there in the way of a solution.

Before getting into the main portion of the book, the Sweat Miracle Diet and Nutrition Plan, the author offers a few helpful tips that you can put to use right away:

  • A 2 Hour Quick Solution that will help you stop sweating more or less immediately on a temporary basis
  • How to treat your clothing when you’re suffering from excessive perspiration on a regular basis.

sweat miracle scamThese are helpful tips, though the author points out that the 2 Hour Quick Solution is not something you can do on a regular basis.

If you’re looking for a long-term solution, you’ll want to read further into the book for the Sweat Miracle Diet and Nutrition Plan.

About half of the book is devoted to this plan, which takes a multi-faceted approach to treating this unpleasant malady.

The author mentions, and I’ll reiterate – if you suffer from this condition or believe that you do, you should probably discuss the matter with your physician before attempting any do it yourself solutions.  On rare occasions, this condition may be a symptom of something more serious, so it’s best to talk to your doctor.

The Sweat Miracle Diet and Nutrition Plan is, as the title suggests, a long-term solution that involves changing your diet to something that is less likely to cause you to perspire heavily.

This program covers these areas:

  • Foods you must avoid
  • Foods you should consume
  • Meal plan suggestions
  • Recommended supplements
  • Cleansing and detoxification
  • Enemas and colonics
  • Mind and body techniques

The foods you should avoid include a lot of things that you likely know you shouldn’t be eating.  The foods you should consume include a lot of foods that you already know you should eat more often.

The meal plan suggestions are a helpful way of showing you how to include the foods you should eat more often into your regular daily diet.

The next section covers some dietary supplements and vitamins that the author says will help.  This is an upsell included in the book, as there are links that you can click on to purchase some of the recommended products online.

The enemas and colonics section is part of the “cleanse” ritual that the author says will rid your body of toxins that may be contributing to your perspiration problem.  Many people will likely choose to avoid this part of the program, but if you’re interested, full instructions are provided.

Finally, the author points out that a large part of any physical condition is mental, and the last section of the program offers some suggestions for how to improve your mental approach to the problem that may help you minimize it.

On the whole, Sweat Miracle is a well-written book and the information about the condition itself is consistent with what I’ve read about it elsewhere.

If you struggle with this problem, you may find the book to be helpful.

sweat miracle miles dawsonSweat Miracle is priced at $37, which is a typical price for products in the self-help niche.  It does include a lot of bonus books for the price, but most buyers will not find the bonus books to be overly helpful.

About Author Miles Dawson

I don’t know much about Miles Dawson, the author of the book.  He says that he’s not a medical professional, but instead is an individual who suffered from hyperhydrosis and decided to study the condition to find a solution himself.
