Siim Land, the author, explains all of this quite well, and Ultimate Keto Meal Plan is well written and easy to read.  The book includes a number of charts and graphs to both further the explanation of what’s going on inside a body during ketosis and to break up the monotony of reading a 400+ page book.

At first glance, the diet described in the Ultimate Keto Meal Plan will seem similar to diets such as the Atkins diet, which shuns carbs.  The similarity ends there, as you’ll find that there are some definite differences between the Ultimate Keto Meal Plan program and other low-carb diets.

Ultimate Keto Meal Plan is a low-carb diet, but you’ll also restrict sugar intake, while increasing your intake of fats and protein.

If you’re vegetarian or vegan, fear not – Ultimate Keto Meal Plan also includes a lengthy section on how you can find adequate fat and protein while eating a diet that does not include eggs or meat, which are the most common forms of protein discussed in the book.

The final section of the book and the one you’ll be tempted to read first if you’re not really into extended reading, is the part of the book that offers meal plans and recipes.

After all, it’s not going to be easy at first to start a diet that leaves out carbs and sugars completely, yet you’ll still find clever recipes for breakfast muffins and pizza for dinner.

Those recipes are easy to prepare, don’t use unusual or exotic ingredients and look as though they’re quite tasty.

There are recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and beverages, and they’re all well described and easy to follow.

All in all, Ultimate Keto Meal Plan is a well-written book that should make it easy for anyone to get started losing weight with a keto diet.

The recipe section offers some clever and tasty recipes that are easy to follow and prepare and you won’t have to stock up on weird or unusual foods.
