John Kelby says that his Total Hair Regrowth program can help you get hair growing again in just a few weeks and that you can maintain your head of hair afterwards. That’s interesting, so I thought I’d take a closer look at his program and see what it’s all about. Is the book worthwhile? Is Total Hair Regrowth a scam?

Total Hair Regrowth Overview
Total Hair Regrowth is sold as a set of downloadable ebooks in PDF format. You can read PDF books on any computer device, including smartphones. The nice thing about downloadable books is that you can receive them instantly after payment and you won’t have to wait for them to be delivered to your home.

The main Total Hair Regrowth product is divided between two books – the longer, Hair Again and the shorter Keep That Hair. Hair Again is the important component of the program. This book is a 44 page book that discusses hair loss at length and offers a variety of options for getting it back.
Chapters in the Total Hair Regrowth Hair Again book include:
- Great Expectations:What You Will Learn in “Hair Again!”
- Introducing – Your Hair!

How hair grows, and why it stops doing so, is a complex topic that has bothered medical science for hundreds of years. In the first part of Total Hair Regrowth, author John Kelby discusses what hair is, and how hair grows when things are working as they should. Then he discusses hair loss, and the many reasons that you could be losing your hair. Some of these things are easily treated, and others are more complex.
A later chapter discusses all of the available options for treating hair loss, including a few that are rather cutting-edge. Each of these methods has their pros and cons, and John discusses these so that you’ll have a good idea as to whether such approaches might be right for you.
This chapter of Total Hair Regrowth covers your diet and lifestyle, and John offers some dietary suggestions that most anyone would find helpful. The better you eat, the healthier you are, and a good head of hair requires that you consume the appropriate vitamins and nutrients.
Finally, Total Hair Regrowth offers some “do it yourself” recipes for hair treatment that the author says may help to regrow your hair. I can’t divulge these secrets, of course, but the tonics and lotions that he recommends are all made from common ingredients that you will either have in your kitchen already or can easily find at your local grocery store.
Finally, John offers what he calls the “5 Minute a Day Hair Habit,” which he says is a simple routine that he goes through every day to help keep his hair healthy.
The Keep Your Hair book is a short, 9 page book that offers some tips to help you keep the hair you have. It’s short, and basically consists of some simple tips you can use to keep your hair doing well after you’ve tried everything in the Hair Again book.
Both books are included as mp3 audio books as part of the Total Hair Regrowth course, so you can listen to them in the car or on your iPod as you see fit. The audio quality is good and the files should play on most any players.
I’m not sure if the “do it yourself” remedies will help everyone, as some hair problems are caused by factors that can be controlled and others are not. The author points out that there is no “one size fits all” solution to hair loss, and that you should try the methods in the book until you find one that works for you. That’s probably sound advice.
