She says the Skinny Asian Diet will allow you to lose weight without having to work out, without having to go on a starvation diet, and without going hungry.  That sounded interesting, so I thought I’d take a closer look and see what the program is all about.  Is Skinny Asian Diet a scam?

Skinny Asian Diet is well written, and the author gives a good overview of how the Asian lifestyle is different from that of the West.  The key, she says, are five ingredients that are common in Asian cuisine that we don’t eat as often in the West.  That’s why she includes these ingredients in all of the meal recipes.  Of course, the meal recipes also consist of lots of healthy vegetables and rice, with minimal protein, a moderate amount of fat, and no dairy at all.

Skinny Asian Diet also encourages you to consume lots of water, to get plenty of rest, and to take luxurious baths with a special ingredient added to the water that can help you shed pounds.

skinny asian diet scamCatherine said on the sales page for Skinny Asian Diet that you wouldn’t be working out.  That’s true – to a point.  Asians walk a lot, and walking is exercise, though it’s not “working out” in the sense that most people think of when they hear the term.  The Skinny Asian Diet program does include a lot of time on your feet, and walking is a daily part of the program.

There is a weekly cheat day in the program, so you will have the opportunity to eat what you like once a week, within reason, of course.  You don’t want to undo all of your effort at once by eating huge unhealthy meals one day a week after following a plan for the previous six days.

On the whole, the Skinny Asian Diet program is well thought out and well written.  The recipes are easy to follow and will likely create some tasty, healthy smoothies as well as some tasty meals.  One of the nice things about creating stir fry meals is that they’re both easy to prepare and easy to clean up.  That’s a huge bonus.

If you follow the instructions in the Skinny Asian Diet program as directed, chances are good that you’ll get some good results.  You’ll certainly be enjoying some tasty meals, and that’s a huge bonus.

Skinny Asian Diet- thumbs upIs Skinny Asian Diet a scam?  Not at all.  This is a well-written, easy to follow program that most anyone should be able to use to lose a few pounds.  You will need to do some cooking and it would help if you like stir fry.  On the other hand, the meals are tasty, the exercise is minimal and you will get to enjoy a luxurious bath every day.

If you follow the program closely, chances are good that you’ll see some good results.
