Sciatica & Back Pain Self-Treatment Overview
Sciatica & Back Pain Self-Treatment is also known as Sciatica Healed. At least, that’s the name of the Website. So if you’re looking for a Sciatica Healed review, you’ve come to the right place.
Sciatica & Back Pain Self-Treatment is sold as a downloadable ebook in PDF format. You can read PDF books on most any computer device and they can be downloaded at any time of day, immediately after purchase.
When you purchase Sciatica & Back Pain Self-Treatment, you’ll also receive the following bonus books:
- The Ultimate Anti-Aging Guide
- Green Smoothie Lifestyle
- Treatment of Headaches
- Smoking Solutions
- Instant Pain Relief
As for the Sciatica & Back Pain Self-Treatment book itself, it’s a 60 page book. No author is listed; it simply says “by Spinal Recovery” on the title page.
Sciatica & Back Pain Self-Treatment is divided into the following chapters:
- Introduction
- How do the Sciatic Nerve and Back Muscles Work?
- Symptoms of Lower Back and Sciatic Pain
- Causes of Lower Back and Sciatic Pain
- Massages for Lower Back and Sciatica Relief
- Detoxification – The Herbal Remedy Method
- Spinal Recovery System Introduction
- The Spinal Recovery Program Step by Step
- Prevention and Alternative Systems of Treatment
- Faster Recovery after Microdiscectomy & Lumbar Laminectomy Surgery
It’s worth pointing out that if you have back pain or what you think might be sciatica, that you should talk to a physician before trying any of the methods in this book. Back pain can sometimes be a symptom of other problems, and it’s worth getting a professional opinion before you try a do it yourself solution.
That said, Sciatica & Back Pain Self-Treatment is a well-written book that covers the topics of back pain and sciatica quite well, given it’s relatively short 60 page length. This is a topic that could easily take up hundreds of pages.
The chapter on massage techniques is quite brief but quite helpful; it offers several different massage solutions that you may find helpful, provided that you have a friend handy to help you out.
There’s a lengthy section on detoxification and herbal teas that may or may not be helpful to you. While the “secret ingredient” that the author tells you to take may be helpful, it’s likely not helpful in the quantities recommended. You’d likely need to consume a whole lot more to get any benefit. Still, the smoothie and tea recipes looked interesting.
About half of the Sciatica & Back Pain Self-Treatment book is devoted to the actual program itself, which consists of roughly a dozen exercises that you can do to help you overcome your recurring sciatica pain. These exercises are to be performed once or twice a day for a week, followed by another week of doing them at least once a day.
After that, you can continue them if you like, though the author suggests that two weeks may be enough to help you overcome your pain.
The exercises are well described and are accompanied by color photos. They do not require any special equipment; all you need is some floor space, though a mat or something soft to put under you on the floor might be helpful.
These exercises appear to be helpful, as they mostly involve increasing your muscle strength and stretching muscles around the sciatic nerve.
As I said, the Sciatica & Back Pain Self-Treatment book is well written and the exercise plan is well described and easy to follow. If you follow the instructions in the book and exercise as directed, I think it’s likely that you’ll soon find relief from your pain.
