Main Book

This book is a bit hard to “review,” as it’s not a book in the traditional sense.  As the condition you’re treating is one that requires physical therapy or exercise, there’s not a lot that you can do to treat it by writing a book.

The Plantar Fasciitis Relief in 7 Days program is actually an exercise program, and that program consists of the 64 page PDF book, along with the accompanying exercise videos.

The book does not go into a long-winded explanation about this medical condition, as you likely know what it is if you have it.

What the book does do is explain to you how his system works.  The program consists of a warmup exercise, followed by nine other exercises.

You should do all of these exercises, in order, each day, and up to three times daily.

That may sound horrible, but in fact, the exercises are quite brief and you should be able to complete all of them in just a few minutes’ time.

In the book, for each of the exercises, Rick has a couple of color photos that show him doing the exercises.  In addition, for each exercise he includes:

The book concludes with a few tips for minimizing foot pain while you are at work.

That’s pretty much it for the book, but keep in mind that the book is actually a manual for the exercises themselves, which are best represented by the online (or DVD, if you purchased the hard copy version) videos.

The videos themselves run between 6 minutes and 15 minutes, and in each one, Rick shows you how to perform the exercises and walks you through them.

The videos are shot acceptably well and you’ll have no trouble following along.
