That sounded interesting, so I thought I’d take a closer look and see what the Leanfast Rapid Fat Loss is all about.

Like many authors of weight loss books, Stephen Reed says he was overweight, tried everything, and then found something that works.

What works, according to Reed, is a system that involves eating certain kinds of foods, getting a moderate amount of exercise, and choosing to eat at specific times of day.

leanfast rapid fat loss packageThis isn’t an uncommon approach, many weight loss programs suggest intermittent fasting, where you eat all of your meals within a certain timeframe during the day so that you actually spend most of the day not eating.

If you do it right, you won’t feel hungry, but if you do, Leanfast Rapid Fat Loss does offer a snack option that can help you stave off the occasional hunger.

The Leanfast Rapid Fat Loss book is well written, and it doesn’t go into too much detail about how your body processes food, like other diet books.

This one is mostly about what you’ll be doing, and in this case, you’ll be eating two main meals a day, at specified times. Stephen suggests when you should eat and what you should eat, at least in generalized terms expressed as x percent of protein, and x percent of carbs, and so on.

A sample 2 day meal plan, complete with recipes is included, though it would have been nice if Leanfast Rapid Fat Loss had included a meal plan for a full week.

Still, the diet isn’t overly restrictive and the supplied spreadsheet allows you to calculate what you’re eating.

There’s also a helpful book in the package that shows you exactly how you should be measuring and weighing yourself.

There is, of course, some exercise involved in the Leanfast Rapid Fat Loss program and it appears that Stephen Reed is a big fan of weights. The training guide is 34 pages and offers a number of exercises that you can, and should, do about three times a week.

There is another book in the package that covers HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), which does not require special equipment, but at only 8 pages, that book doesn’t go into a lot of detail.

Leanfast Rapid Fat Loss recommends that you use a phone app to monitor your progress and the author recommends several and includes a book that shows you how to use them. These apps are either free or have a free option, so you won’t have to pay anything extra.

It was nice to see that unlike many weight loss programs, Leanfast Rapid Fat Loss wasn’t stuffed full of upsells for dietary supplements. This program is largely self-contained, and the foods you’ll be eating are those that you’ll likely already have in your pantry or fridge.

You do get to cheat a bit every two weeks, and at 12 weeks you can evaluate your progress and make changes to the program or simply repeat it.

One bonus is that while you do need to keep track of what you’re eating in the Leanfast Rapid Fat Loss program, you are free to eat all the non-starchy vegetables that you like.

While I thought the book was well-written, I was curious as to why the package was broken down into 14 parts. It might have been simpler to include fewer books.

Still, if you follow the Leanfast Rapid Fat Loss program as written and do the exercises, you’ll likely see some good results.

There’s a lot of information there, and it will take you a while to go through it. The Quick Start guide can help, but there’s really not enough in that book to get you started if you haven’t read the full 70 page Leanfast Rapid Fat Loss book already.

Still, the plan looks to be well thought out, the spreadsheet for calculating what you’re eating is well done and the bonus sections on using a phone app and doing HITT training are helpful.

All in all, Leanfast Rapid Fat Loss is recommended.
