Get Taller 4 Idiots is sold as a downloadable ebook, which is convenient, as it can be downloaded at any time of day and because it can be read on many different devices, such as tablets, smartphones and desktop PCs. The book is fairly substantial, too, as it comes in at about 160 pages.
Most books that I’ve reviewed in the health and fitness niche come in at about a third of that length, so Get Taller 4 Idiots has a bit more substance than most books.
The kind of results that you see using the methods in the Get Taller 4 Idiots may depend on your age, as the authors freely admit that once your bones stop growing, which happens at about the age of 20, you’re not going to be able to persuade your body to grow much more. That said, the Get Taller 4 Idiots book does have methods that they say will work for both young people whose bones are still growing and older people whose bones have reached maturity.

The Get Taller 4 Idiots book says that there are a number of things that you can do to increase your height. First and foremost are some of the things that should seem obvious to everyone – get plenty of rest and try to eat nutritionally sound foods. They don’t recommend a specific diet, per se, but they point out that being overweight or out of shape isn’t going to help.
The authors of Get Taller 4 Idiots also recommend that you get plenty of exercise, though they stress that certain types of exercise are to be avoided, as they can cause the spine to compress, which is the opposite effect that you want to achieve. The bulk of the Get Taller 4 Idiots book is then devoted to helping you achieve that goal by providing a number of exercises that you can perform. The whole program runs a total of nine weeks, and during this time you’ll be engaging in a number of specific exercises on a particular schedule.
A bonus section at the end of the book also offers some tips regarding how you can make yourself appear to be taller.
The exercises themselves appear to be easy to do and the explanations, complete with drawings, are easy to follow. None of the exercises require that you have access to a gym or own any specialized exercise equipment, so that’s a big help.
Will Get Taller 4 Idiots actually help you grow taller? The answer to that is…maybe. Obviously, your genes are going to have a huge say in how tall you’re going to be, but bad posture, bad exercise habits and a bad diet could possibly have a bit of influence over your height. If you try to eat right, try to improve your posture using the methods outlined in the Get Taller 4 Idiots book, and work at the exercises provided, you’ll likely see some improvement in height.
How much improvement you’ll see is going to vary quite a bit from one person to the next, and your age is going to have a lot to do with that. If you’re only 18 or so, you might be able to have a bit more influence over how much taller you’re going to be than someone who is already 35 or 40. In all likelihood, most people are only going to see a modest improvement of the sort that you’ll only recognize if you actually measure your height.
On the other hand, eating a healthy diet, getting more sleep and engaging in regular exercise are all good things, so following the advice in the Get Taller 4 Idiots book may lead you towards a healthier life, and that’s a good goal, too.
