fat obliterator reviewIt’s tough losing weight, and most people don’t like the requirements of having to exercise, cut out foods they like to eat and replace them with foods they hate.  Plus, most diets work for a while and then don’t work any more.  Joseph Rosa, the creator of Fat Obliterator, says he has a program that works and which won’t require you to “bust your hum” at the gym or make yourself miserable on a “starvation” diet.

He says that the Fat Obliterator system works and that his sister used it to lose 35 pounds in 33 days.  That’s impressive, so I thought I’d take a closer look and see what Fat Obliterator is all about.  Is Fat Obliterator a scam, or is it the real deal?

Fat Obliterator Overview

Fat Obliterator is sold as an ebook in PDF format, so you can download it immediately after purchase.  PDF books are readable on nearly any computer device, including PCs and Macs, and tablets and smartphones.

When you purchase Fat Obliterator, you’ll also receive the following bonus books:

  • Fat Busting Supplements (11 pages) PDF book
  • Energy Boosting Formula (20 pages) PDF book
  • Sex Drive Stimulator (22 pages) PDF book

These three books offer listings and descriptions of dietary supplements that the author says can help boost your energy, help you lose weight and increase your sex drive.  It’s nice to see that the author wrote the bonus books himself; most bonus books are private label rights books that are often freely available elsewhere.

The main Fat Obliterator book comes in at a whopping 225 pages, making it a pretty substantial read as weight loss books go.  It’s divided into the following chapters:

  • Chapter 1 – Reclaiming Nutrition
  • Chapter 2 – Super Nutrients
  • Chapter 3 – Black Listed Foods
  • Chapter 4 – Fat Obliterator Lifestyle Secrets
  • Chapter 5 – Fat Obliterator Workouts
  • Chapter 6 – Fat Loss Life Skills
  • Chapter 7 – Why You Must Never Diet Again
  • Chapter 8 – Recipes to Relish
  • Chapter 9 – Conclusion Your Master Game Plan

If you’ve read any diet books, you’ll find the basic structure of Fat Obliterator is very similar to most.  The author first explains what you’re doing wrong; in this case, it’s a list of the foods that you’re eating that you think are good for you but which are actually not good for you.

fat obliterator bonusesThat’s no surprise; a lot of so-called “healthy” or “diet” foods are low in fat but high in sugar.   Joseph then goes on to list some foods you should be eating that you probably are not eating now.   Then he goes on to list foods that you absolutely should avoid.

A lot of Fat Obliterator is devoted to the mental aspects of losing weight and keeping it off.  It’s tough changing your diet and your lifestyle, and Joseph offers a lot of tips to help you cope with the changes.  This isn’t a temporary diet; it’s a change in the way that you eat, and also a change in what you eat.  There will be some adjustment, so a good portion of Fat Obliterator is devoted to helping you adjust.

There’s a short but essential chapter on working out.  Yes, the sales page said you wouldn’t be “busting your hump” at the gym, but it never said you wouldn’t be working out.  The exercises that Joseph recommends are known as HIIT, which is High Intensity Interval Training.  In short, you’ll be engaging in exercise that is relatively brief but extremely intense.  This will allow you to get the maximum weight loss results in a minimum amount of time – about 20 minutes, three times a week.

fat obliterator scamFinally, Fat Obliterator offers a good sized section with recipes, along with a sample diet plan.   The recipes look delicious and are also easy to prepare.   A few samples are:

  • Zucchini Pancakes
  • Baked Seafood Omelette
  • Grilled Chicken Breast with Veggie Salsa
  • Mexicon Rissoles on a Layer of Salsa

There are also a number of smoothie recipes included, as well.  With the Fat Obliterator plan, you’ll also be eating a couple of snacks each day.  Joseph believes in the theory of losing weight by eating fairly often, so you’ll keep your metabolism going.

Fat Obliterator recommends a number of dietary supplements; some are mentioned in the book and many of them are mentioned in the bonus books.

Again, there’s a lot of emphasis on the fact that to get fit, lose weight and stay healthy, you have to change your entire life.  This is a good approach, as most people think they’re just going to change what they eat for dinner for a few weeks and they’re suddenly going to be 30 pounds lighter.  That would be nice, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way.  To lose weight and keep it off, you have to find a system that works, adapt to it, and stick with it.

That’s the plan that’s offered with Fat Obliterator, and if you follow the nutritional advice, engage in some exercise, and stick with it, chances are good that you’ll get good results from the program.

Pros and Cons of Fat Obliterator

Pros

  • Well-written book
  • Tasty, easy to prepare recipes
  • Reasonably priced

Cons

  • Lots of emphasis on questionable dietary supplements
  • Book is somewhat repetitive; could have been shorter

Fat Obliterator Summary

fat obliterator - thumbs upBooks in the weight loss niche tend to be overnamed, and in that tradition, Fat Obliterator probably qualifies.  That said, the fact that the system might not “obliterate” your fat isn’t necessarily a bad thing; you will likely get in shape and lose weight if you follow the advice in the book.  The nutritional advice is sound and is in agreement with what you’ll find in many other books on nutrition.

The book appropriately emphasizes the importance of getting exercise, along with avoiding junk foods, and empty calories.  The meal plan is well thought out and the recipes are both tasty and easy to prepare.  There’s a lot of good emphasis on the mental aspects of approaching a lifestyle change and the book offers some good advice for how to adapt to a new, healthy lifestyle.

All in all, Fat Obliterator is a pretty good book and is recommended.
