If you’ve read any diet books, you’ll find the basic structure of Fat Obliterator is very similar to most. The author first explains what you’re doing wrong; in this case, it’s a list of the foods that you’re eating that you think are good for you but which are actually not good for you.
A lot of Fat Obliterator is devoted to the mental aspects of losing weight and keeping it off. It’s tough changing your diet and your lifestyle, and Joseph offers a lot of tips to help you cope with the changes. This isn’t a temporary diet; it’s a change in the way that you eat, and also a change in what you eat. There will be some adjustment, so a good portion of Fat Obliterator is devoted to helping you adjust.
There’s a short but essential chapter on working out. Yes, the sales page said you wouldn’t be “busting your hump” at the gym, but it never said you wouldn’t be working out. The exercises that Joseph recommends are known as HIIT, which is High Intensity Interval Training. In short, you’ll be engaging in exercise that is relatively brief but extremely intense. This will allow you to get the maximum weight loss results in a minimum amount of time – about 20 minutes, three times a week.

Fat Obliterator recommends a number of dietary supplements; some are mentioned in the book and many of them are mentioned in the bonus books.
Again, there’s a lot of emphasis on the fact that to get fit, lose weight and stay healthy, you have to change your entire life. This is a good approach, as most people think they’re just going to change what they eat for dinner for a few weeks and they’re suddenly going to be 30 pounds lighter. That would be nice, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. To lose weight and keep it off, you have to find a system that works, adapt to it, and stick with it.
That’s the plan that’s offered with Fat Obliterator, and if you follow the nutritional advice, engage in some exercise, and stick with it, chances are good that you’ll get good results from the program.

The book appropriately emphasizes the importance of getting exercise, along with avoiding junk foods, and empty calories. The meal plan is well thought out and the recipes are both tasty and easy to prepare. There’s a lot of good emphasis on the mental aspects of approaching a lifestyle change and the book offers some good advice for how to adapt to a new, healthy lifestyle.
All in all, Fat Obliterator is a pretty good book and is recommended.
