Fat Burning Fingerprint Review – Lose Weight in 3 Weeks?

Fat Burning Fingerprint Review

Price: $37

fat burning fingerprint reviewLosing weight is difficult, and many weight loss programs require you to eat a lot of odd foods, avoid any foods that taste good,  exercise like crazy, or do other things that just don’t make sense.  Other weight loss programs simply take too long and people get bored with them.

Fat Burning Fingerprint by Gary Watson says you can see results in just three weeks by using his program that involves just two “secrets’ that aren’t that hard to implement.  That sounded interesting, so I thought I’d take a closer look and see if the program is really worthwhile.

Is Fat Burning Fingerprint a scam, or is it the real deal?  What’s it about?

Fat Burning Fingerprint Overview

Fat Burning Fingerprint is sold as an ebook in PDF format, which can be read on most any computer device, including tablets and smartphones.  As the product is downloadable, you can have access to it immediately after purchase, regardless of the time of day.

When you buy Fat Burning Fingerprint, you will receive the following:

  • Fat Burning Fingerprint Diet book (94 pages)
  • Fat Burning Fingerprint Fast Track Guide (56 pages)
  • Seven Super Fat Burning Hormones book (30 pages)
  • The Bermuda Triangle of Foods book (20 pages)

The Seven Super Fat Burning Hormones book and the Bermuda Triangle of Foods book are essentially bonus books that provide some additional information about foods that you either should or should not eat in order to maximize your weight loss.

The Fat Burning Fingerprint Fast Track Guide is essentially a shorter version of the main book and designed for people who want to get started right away without taking the time to read all of the background information about the Fat Burning Fingerprint weight loss plan and how and why Gary Watson says it works.

fat burning fingerprint scamSo what is the Fat Burning Fingerprint diet all about?  In the book, Gary says that because everyone is different, with different height, weight, habits and metabolism, there is no “one size fits all” weight loss plan that will work for everyone.  Instead, you have to find the plan that works best for you.

How does that happen?  Conveniently, the Fat Burning Fingerprint diet includes a simple, 25 question test that you can take.  It simply asks you to answer 25 multiple choice questions, each of which has only two answers.  Neither answer may apply to you specifically, but you are asked to give the answer that is best for you from the available choices.

Once you have finished the test, it’s a simple matter of counting the number of times that your answer was choice A and the number of times that your answer was choice B.  The number of times you answered A or B will determine which of three body types you are:

  • Type S – Carb type
  • Type F – Protein type
  • Type M – Mixed type

This is a critical part of the Fat Burning Fingerprint weight loss plan, as choosing your type correctly then determines when you are going to eat, how often you are going to eat, and what you are going to eat.

fat burning fingerprint bonusesEach of the three types will have slightly different meal plans and schedules, and each type will be allotted a certain number of hours each day during which they can eat, and a certain number of hours each day when they will have to fast.  Don’t worry; most of the fasting occurs during the night when you are likely to be asleep.  If you are hungry, you aren’t likely to notice it.

The Fat Burning Fingerprint weight loss program includes a list of “acceptable” foods that are OK to eat and a list of foods that are to be avoided.  The foods to avoid are the usual culprits, including sugars and transfats.

Each of the types is provided with a sample meal plan, along with some suggested snacks for in between meals.  You also get one day per week when you are allowed to cheat and eat whatever you like, within reason, of course.

You’ll follow this plan for three weeks, eating during what the author calls the “Intelligent Eating Opportunity” window.

In addition, the Fat Burning Fingerprint program includes some exercises, which are based on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training,) which allows you to burn the maximum number of calories with the minimum amount of exercise.

For these exercises, you will need to have a set of dumbbells.  I don’t recall seeing any other special equipment listed.

For the most part, the Fat Burning Fingerprint book is well written and easy to follow.  The recommended foods appear to be healthy ones, and the sample meals provided appear to be tasty and nutritional.

What I didn’t like about Fat Burning Fingerprint is that there were only a few sample meals provided.  Many people would prefer to have a complete set of recipes provided so they don’t have to actually give any thought to preparing meals.  Some weight loss books include this; others offer it as an additional purchase.  I didn’t see either option with Fat Burning Fingerprint.

The other thing I didn’t like is that the book had many affiliate links for exercise equipment, recommended food items and nutritional supplements.

Aside from that, the book offers a plan that may well produce good results if you follow the plan as written.

Pros and Cons of Fat Burning Fingerprint

  • Well written book
  • Affordably priced
  • Plan not too difficult to follow
  • Little special equipment required for exercise plan

  • Complete meal plan not offered
  • Lots of affiliate links to get you to buy other products inside the book

Fat Burning Fingerprint Summary

fat burning fingerprint- thumbs upIs Fat Burning Fingerprint a scam?  No, it’s a reasonably well written book that offers some good suggestions about what you should eat, what you should not eat, and when you should be eating.  It appropriately includes an exercise regimen and offers a plan that you can follow for a relatively short period of time.

The Fat Burning Fingerprint is reasonably priced, too, so if you’re looking for a weight loss plan that lets you eat normal foods and allows you to cheat every now and again, you may want to give Fat Burning Fingerprint a try.
