eye floaters no more reviewDo you suffer from eye floaters?  Most people over the age of 40 do, and the problem sometimes occurs in younger adults and even children.

Eye floaters are bits of material floating within the eye that you can see when you look at a background of continuous color, such as the sky.   While the condition is not dangerous in and of itself, it can be a symptom of a serious eye problem.

Eye Floaters No More is a book that offers natural and alternative remedies for the problem of eye floaters, and the site promises a “natural, non-surgical alternative.”

Is Eye Floaters No More, or is the book worthwhile?

Eye Floaters No More Overview

Eye Floaters No More is sold as a downloadable book in PDF format.  PDF books can be read on any computer device, including tablets, desktop PCs and smartphones.

The nice thing about downloadable books is that they can be downloaded immediately after purchase, so you won’t have to wait for delivery.  You can still print them out on your printer if you’d prefer a printed book, but for most readers, a PDF works fine.

When you purchase Eye Floaters No More, you’ll receive the following:

  • Eye Floaters No More main book (78 page PDF)
  • Vision Without Glasses bonus book (130 page PDF)
  • Stress No More bonus book (49 page PDF)

Vision Without Glasses is a book that shows you various eye exercises and tricks that you can use to improve your vision.  Stress No More, as the title implies, is a book written with tips, hints and suggestions to help you avoid stress in your life, which can have adverse effects on your life.

While all three books appear to have the same publisher, none of them actually list an author within the book itself.  The Website for Eye Floaters No More lists the author as Daniel Brown, and the site for Vision Without Glasses lists the author of that book as Duke Peterson.

I suspect that both names are pseudonyms, and I have no idea who the author of these books might actually be.

Here’s what you’ll find inside Eye Floaters No More:

  • Chapter 1: The Anatomy of an Eye Floater
  • Chapter 2: Important Facts
  • Chapter 3: Surgical Procedures
  • Chapter 4: Risks of Surgical Procedures
  • Chapter 5: Locating Eye Floaters
  • Chapter 6: Prevention
  • Chapter 7: Avoiding Physical Damage
  • Chapter 8: Natural & Diet-Based Remedies
  • Chapter 9: Alternative Remedies

eye floaters no more scamWhile I cannot say who actually wrote Eye Floaters No More, I can say that the book is well-written and easy to read, without being overly technical.  This is a book that the layman can read and understand.

People with this condition may have noticed floaters without knowing what they are, or where they come from, or if the condition is common or rare or whether it’s something to be concerned about.

Eye Floaters No More addresses all of this in the first two chapters, offering good explanations of what causes floaters and providing good diagrams so you can see what’s happening.

The author correctly points out that while floaters aren’t serious, they can be a symptom of a serious condition and recommends that you consult with a physician before trying anything in the Eye Floaters No More book.

That’s solid advice; ignoring floaters, in some circumstances, may lead to blindness!

The author then goes on to say that there are some surgical procedures that can help resolve the problem and that these procedures, while expensive, are often successful.

Eye Floaters No More then devotes a chapter to explaining the downsides of surgery and possible side effects.

A helpful chapter explains good habits that you might adopt in order to help you avoid floaters in the first place.  Many of these are simple, no-nonsense health tips that are good for more than just avoiding eye problems.

Finally, the last two chapters of Eye Floaters No More are devoted to natural and alternative methods to help you clear up the problem of floaters.

eye floaters no more bonusesThis is where the book becomes a little less useful.  The chapter on natural and diet-based remedies is largely an attempt by the author to encourage the reader to purchase a number of dietary supplements, for which the author has provided links that may be used to purchase them.

These are common dietary supplements that you’ll see in most any grocery or health food store, and the links in the book will take you straight to the sales page for them at Amazon.

The final chapter on alternative eye floater remedies offers some more tips and exercises that may help you avoid the problem.  These, again, are common-sense lifestyle tips that may help you in general but may or may not help you with your eye floater problem.

Again, if you have a problem with eye floaters, particularly if you’ve noticed them recently and have not noticed them in the past, I strongly recommend that you visit an eye doctor and have her give you a thorough checkup.

While Eye Floaters No More is well written and provides a good overview of this medical condition, I didn’t see anything in the book that appears to “cure” the condition, as the sales page describes.

Pros and Cons of Eye Floaters No More

Eye Floaters No More Summary

eye floaters no more - mehIf you suffer from the condition of eye floaters, you’re certainly not alone.  Millions of people have this particular problem, and most of the time, it’s not serious and not an indicator of a larger problem.

Eye Floaters No More offers a good description of the condition, what the symptoms are, how you’ll recognize them, and how the condition is caused.  The book offers a good overview of available medical and surgical solutions to the problem, complete the pros and cons of each.

On the downside, the author devotes an entire chapter to upsells, which you may not be all that excited to see after you’ve paid good money for the book.

Eye Floaters No More is good, but not great.
