Bikini Body Workouts Overview

Bikini Body Workouts, like many fitness plans, is sold as a hybrid product. The main product consists of four ebooks, which are presented in PDF format. These can be read with the Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is a piece of software that runs on computers, smartphones and tablets. You can also download the program instantly, so you won’t have to wait for delivery via mail.

The other part of Bikini Body Workouts is presented in video form, and these can be viewed on the Bikini Body Workouts Website.

Included with the purchase of Bikini Body Workouts are several bonus ebooks:

There really aren’t many surprises to be found in the 30 page nutrition guide; the book recommends that you eat on a rather specific schedule. It also recommends that you eat meals that are relatively high in protein and vegetables but are low in carbohydrates, dairy and sugars. You’ll also find a common recommendation that you drink a lot of water.

On the plus side, you’re pretty much free to eat whatever you want, subject to the relatively few restrictions proposed in the guide. The sales page mentioned a Shopping Guide as a bonus; this guide is incorporated into the nutrition guide.

The Bikini Body 21 Day Booty Blast is a short but informative 5 page ebook that offers exercises and a workout routine that are specially tailored to help you shape and firm your derriere. If you’re interested in having a true “bikini body,” then you’ll likely be interested in this bonus book.

The main Bikini Body Workouts book is a concise, filler-free 29 pages of workout routines. There is a short introductory chapter that explains the methodology behind this workout routine, which is that you have to build muscle to replace your fat, and that staying at the same place in your workouts, as you might do with regular cardio routines, is not going to help you lose weight or get fit. Instead, you have to work your muscles and you have to increase the resistance and/or weights in order to continue to build on that foundation. These routines are intense but they’re also varied; you won’t find yourself doing the same exercise more often than once every two weeks.

The Bikini Body Workouts workout program is divided into two one-week schedules, and you’ll repeat each week four times for a total of eight weeks of workouts. There’s also a bit of cardio involved, though this is not a cardio-intensive workout program. Instead, you’ll be working out in the gym. The Bikini Body Workouts program also emphasizes the importance of warming up, and each day comes with a list of brief warmup exercises.

Thee aren’t any photos to accompany the explanations, however, so you’ll have to look at the online videos to see how they’re done if you don’t understand the explanations in the book.

These videos can be viewed in a window or at full screen, but are not downloadable. You’ll have to watch them online only. Most of them are fairly brief, running less than 30 seconds, as they’re only intended to demonstrate how a particular exercise works. A few are longer, running 10 minutes or so, as they take you through a full workout.

If there’s a downside to the Bikini Body Workouts program, it’s that you’ll have to either have a gym membership or own some extensive gym equipment to make full use of these workouts. Unlike other fitness programs that use bodyweight only, this one but uses formal training equipment.

Still, the exercises are well thought out, and the videos demonstrate how they’re to be done. The workouts are intense but will likely help you achieve the body you want in the timeframe suggested on the sales page. These exercises, combined with the diet and nutrition program, should help a lot of people, provided that they’re sufficiently motivated to get to the gym to actually do the workouts.
