Shaun Hadsall knows that people like carbs and don’t want to workout excessively, or give up anything completely for a long period of time.  That’s why he developed the 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss system, which he says can “retrain” your body so that you can still eat plenty of carbs while losing weight.  You won’t have to engage in boring, repetitive workout regimens, either.  That sounded interesting, so I thought I’d take a closer look and see what this course is all about.  Is 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss a scam?

14 Day Rapid Fat Loss Overview

14 Day Rapid Fat Loss is a multi-part series of books, sold in PDF format.  These can be read on any computer device, such as desktop computers or tablets.  You can download immediately after purchase, and you won’t have to wait for delivery from the mailman.

That’s a lot of stuff for a single product.  Ordinarily, I don’t like to see a single product divided among so many books, as it’s usually a marketing ploy to give the buyer the impression that they’re getting a lot more for their money.  That’s not the case here, but breaking down the books into separate parts makes sense in the case of 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss.  After all, you don’t need to have recipes and workout routines in the same book.

14 day rapid fat loss scamIf you’re in a hurry, the Fast Start guide would be the place to start.  Ordinarily, fast start guides are a few pages in length; most of the ones I’ve seen had fewer than ten pages.  That’s not the case here; the fast start guide for 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss is a whopping 68 pages.

The main 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss book is 122 pages.  What’s the difference?  The main book includes the theory behind why you’re going to be doing the things you’re doing in this program, while the fast start guide offers only the rules for what to do.

I’d recommend that you begin with the fast start guide, so you can get going on losing weight.  You can (and should) read the main 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss book at your leisure so you understand the fundamentals.

The basics of the 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss plan are that your body needs to be in a constant state of confusion, if you will, so that it doesn’t become complacent.  Too much of the same diet or too much of the same exercise will put your body in a sort of stasis, where you can’t make any progress in terms of getting more fit or losing weight.

14 Day Rapid Fat Loss counters this by giving you a diet plan that gives you alternating days where you eat plenty of carbs mixed with days where you avoid them.  You also get a cheat day every few days to “reset” your system.

Similarly, the 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss workout regimens are varied as well, mixing longer cardio workouts with shorter, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to keep your body in a state of constant change.  These workouts are well explained and accompanied by color photos so that you can see exactly what you’re doing and what’s expected of you.  You’ll receive a schedule showing you exactly which exercises you’re expected to do each day and for how long you’re expected to do them.

The 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss plan is similar to another of Shaun Hadsall’s products, the 4 Cycle Fat Loss system. There’s a big difference in the two, and I think this is the better program.  I’ll explain why.

In both programs, Shaun explains that for your meals, you’ll need to be sure to consume certain nutrients according to a schedule. The schedule will tell you that for a certain day, you’ll need to eat a protein, or a carb, or a fat, and the schedule shows them like this:

  • P=Protein
  • F=Fruit
  • S=Starch
  • V=Vegetables
  • O=Fat
  • FF=Free Food

That’s fine, but in the 4 Cycle Fat Loss program, that was all you got.  It was up to you to figure out exactly what to eat.  Many people prefer that their diet plans tell them what to eat exactly, and that program lacked that.  That’s not the case with 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss, as this course includes both a recipe book for dinners and one for desserts.

In addition, the meal plan will give suggestions for specific things for you to eat each day.  This way, you won’t feel so lost about which foods are OK.  Of course, the program also includes a list of approved foods and foods that you should avoid, and you won’t see any surprises there.

All in all, 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss is a pretty solid program that explains itself well, offers good dietary suggestions and includes extensive explanations for the workouts.  If you follow the plan as described, I think you’ll see some good results from it.

14 day rapid fat loss - thumbs upIs 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss a scam?  No, this is a solid, well-thought-out, well-written program that’s relatively easy to follow.  The diet plan is somewhat complex, but simplified by including cookbooks.  The workout regimens are such that you won’t get bored, and you won’t need much in the way of special equipment.  The program is affordably priced, and it’s not loaded down with low-value “bonus” books that often accompany such products.  All in all, 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss is a good program that should help anyone who wants to get fit and lose weight.
