Fitness model Alli Kerr says that her 14 Day Perfect Booty system can help you correct that.  In just 14 days, she says you’ll have a tighter, shapelier butt without having to engage in long, boring workouts.

That sounded interesting and it sounds like something that might be popular if the book is worthwhile.  I decided to check it out and see what 14 Day Perfect Booty is all about.  Is 14 Day Perfect Booty a scam, or is it worth buying?

14 Day Perfect Booty Overview

14 Day Perfect Booty is sold as a hybrid product.   When you make your purchase, you’ll receive a downloadable book in PDF format, as well as access to videos that you can watch online.    You can download the book immediately after purchase, and PDF books can be viewed on most any computer device, including your iPhone.

When you purchase 14 Day Perfect Booty, you’ll receive the following:

  • 14 Day Perfect Booty Program Guide (55 pages)
  • Access to 52 workout videos plus 3 bonus videos

There are also a couple of upsells that are offered with 14 Day Perfect Booty, including a set of “follow along” workout videos.  The videos that come with the basic program are short, running about 30-40 seconds each.  Each video shows you how to perform a specific exercise.

14 Day Perfect Booty scamThe three bonus videos, titled “Booty Blast,” Yoga Booty Flow 1,” and “Yoga Booty Flow 2,” run 10-13 minutes each.

The follow along workouts that are sold as an upsell allows you to follow Alli as she goes through a complete workout routine for each day of the two week program.  Whether you need that upsell is up to you; I found the contents of the book and the short videos for each exercise to be more than adequate.

The 14 Day Perfect Booty book itself is relatively short and to the point, which is not surprising, as this is an exercise program.  Diet books tend to run long, but workout books are usually short – they tell you what to do and when to do it, and that’s that.

The 14 Day Perfect Booty exercise program is designed to be done over a 14 day period, but you won’t be working out every day.    You won’t actually be working out daily, as there are only 8 scheduled workout days in the two week period.

As you’re only doing 4 days of “booty” workouts each week, Alli recommends that you add two days of cardio.  That’s optional, and you’re free to do whatever you like in the way of cardio exercises.  One day a week should be a day of rest, as your body needs time to recover.

The 14 Day Perfect Booty book also points out that you can do these exercises in addition to those in your regular workout.  If you do this, Alli recommends that you do the booty exercises before your regular routine.

14 Day Perfect Booty videosThe exercises don’t take long to do, either.  Each day, your workout will consist of  6 exercises.  You perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then you take a 10 second rest.  Then you repeat until you have done the exercise 4 times.  You do this again for each of the 6 exercises you’ll do that day.  20 seconds, 10 seconds of rest, repeat until you’ve done it 4 times.  That means that each workout can take as little as 12 minutes!

The 14 Day Perfect Booty book outlines what you should be doing each day for your workout days.  Here’s an example:

Booty Lift (Week 1 Workout 1 Monday)

Perform 4 sets of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for each exercise:

1 Leg Deadlift Reach
Knee Hug Bridge
Hyperextension
Good Mornings
Clam Shell

You’ll see a list like that for each of the 8 workouts in the series.  That doesn’t look like much, and it isn’t.   It’s just a list of the things you’ll be asked to do on that particular day.

The bulk of the book, however, is devoted to explaining to you how to do each of those exercises.  You’ll have a detailed explanation of how to do them and you’ll also have a full color photo of Alli demonstrating how they’re done.

The explanations and photos will likely be enough for most people, as the exercises are fairly straightforward and easy to do.  If you don’t understand, that’s where the videos come in.  You can go to the members’ area at the 14 Day Perfect Booty Website and watch the short video for each of the exercises to see Alli do them herself.

The videos can be viewed online or you can download them to your PC, tablet or smartphone.  The videos are 15-20 MB in size.  The videos are not optimized for mobile devices.

The videos are, however, professionally shot and of good quality.  You’ll have no problem figuring out how to do each of the exercises.  If you want to see Alli go through the full workout, you can buy the follow-along videos

One nice thing about the 14 Day Perfect Booty exercises is that they do not require any special equipment.  You’ll need some floor space, a non-slippery surface to work on and for a couple of exercises, you’ll need a chair.  That’s it.  You won’t need access to a gym, or dumbells or any other special gear.  It’s all done via bodyweight.

Does the 14 Day Perfect Booty system work?  I can’t attest to that, but it appears to be a well-thought-out exercise program that’s well explained and accompanied by videos that are easy to view and follow.   Judging from how Alli appears, I’d say the exercises work.

14 Day Perfect Booty Summary

14 day perfect booty- thumbs upI review a lot of books and courses in the weight loss and fitness category and frankly, most of them aren’t all that great.  I give a lot of 2 1/2 and 3 star reviews (on a five star scale.)   14 Day Perfect Booty is an exception to the rule, however.  Alli’s book is easy to read and to the point.  The workout schedule is easy to follow and won’t take up a lot of your time.

The 14 Day Perfect Booty videos are professionally shot and don’t take long to watch.  If you do the exercises as described, I think you’ll see some great results.

14 Day Perfect Booty is highly recommended.
